All the Brody x Phoebe puppies have gone to their new homes and are in the process of settling in. All of course except the three that are staying here at Braebrook, and here they are just a few days shy of twelve weeks.
Braebrook's Revolution "Ryan" (red collar)
Braebrook's We All Shine On "Lennon" (black collar)
Braebrook's Eight Days a Week "Friday" (white collar)
Completely off topic for that I do apologize. Do you by any chance know who the British Columbia breeder is who sold Desmond Hague the Black and Tan Doberman Pinscher puppy that he has been caught beating. The little girl is about one year old and is apparently named Sade.
ReplyDeleteI know the incident you are referring to but I have no idea who the breeder of the dog is, I'm sorry. Such an awful situation, that poor dog. :(
DeleteMariah - thanks for the great pictures - allowed me to compare ears and we are getting much closer to being proficient! Of course we have had lots of practice - 7 times in 5 days (hopeful this last one will last 2 days)! The hockey tape folks are very happy and we may buy shares:). Khaleesi has become a very accomplished chair dweller - she's learned how to clamber into every leather chair in the house - all 6 of them.
ReplyDeleteThere is definitely a learning curve Errol, but you'll get the hang of it in no time. I was hoping to be in your area today but my plans fell through, I'll keep you posted!
DeleteI am in love with Lulu, what a beautiful shape and forms these puppies have! In looking at previous comments, we are wondering what the difference is between an show home for a dog and a performance home, and what co-owning a dog looks like for you. Keep those pictures coming and hopefully there will be updates on the puppies in their new homes.
ReplyDeleteShauna and Hanna G.
Hi Shauna and Hanna,
DeleteA show home would be a home where the dog will be shown in conformation and a performance home is one that focuses on working titles (obedience, tracking, agility, rally etc...) many homes (like myself) do both.
Co owning agreements vary with every home. It's something I sit down and discuss with each individual person so that we both know what to expect and what is expected of each other.
I'm glad you're loving the pictures! Lulu is now actually Ryan. I tried calling her Lulu for awhile but I've called my Lexi girl Lulu as a nickname forever and it was just too confusing so Ryan it is. :)
